Márcio Cândido Ferreira entered the coffee industry 45 years ago at Tristão companies in Rio de Janeiro. He climbed strategic positions in the company and eventually achieved the position of Director Superintendent at one of the largest business groups in Brazil involved in coffee business

Graduated in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo. Is managing partner of the Exportadora de Café Guaxupé Ltda, founded in 1970, one of the most traditional export´s companies in Brazil. She started in the financial market in 1998 and for 12 years she´s been working in the coffee sector.

Mr. Matos received his BSc degree in agronomic engineering and his M.Sc. degre in agronomy, both from University of Sao Paulo, “Luiz de Queiroz” College of Agriculture (ESALQ/USP). With 15 years of experience in agribusiness, he was Executive Director of the Brazilian Agribusiness Association of Ribeirão Preto Region (Abag/RP). He worked for Getulio Vargas Foundation, project management, and Bayer S.A, in the government affairs area.
